Charcoal-Grilled Sugared Ham

Charcoal-Grilled Sugared Ham is a delightful way to enjoy pork. This quick and easy 4-ingredient recipe can be served in less than a half hour. Center-cut ham slices are basted with a tasty horseradish sauce while grilling. Great main dish for family or company dinners. Gluten free.

3 1/2 lbs. fully cooked center-cut smoked ham slices, 1 inch thick about 2 one-inch thick slices 1 cup light brown sugar packed 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/3 cup horseradish
Score each side of ham ¼ inch deep in diamond pattern.
Combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan; heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Place ham slices on grill 3 inches from medium coals; cook 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently with brown sugar mixture.
NOTE: These ham steaks will not need to be cooked as long on each side if you're using a gas grill.
