Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cookies are extraordinary. These delectable cookies include chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups so they explode with chocolate and peanut butter flavors. Wonderful for tailgating parties, potlucks or Christmas Cookie Exchanges. Terrific way to use up leftover Halloween candy. We like to eat them anytime we desire a chocolate or peanut butter fix!

Notes
NOTE: These are also good baked as brownies. Spread into a 10x15” cookie sheet and bake about 30 minutes at 350°.NOTE: Use the least amount of flour possible to allow the cookies to spread, but not overspread. The Reese’s Cups have a lot of oil/butter from the chocolate and peanut butter causing the consistency of the cookies to have a lot of oil. That’s why this recipe has more flour than usual.NOTE: I was baking three racks at a time. I rotated pans every 6 minutes. My cookies took 18 minutes to bake.
