Rocky Road S'Mores Bars

Fabulous S'Mores brownie with a graham cracker crust, topped with marshmallows, chocolate chips and pecans or walnuts. Great for holiday baking and tailgating parties. This dessert is such mouthwatering comfort food, it will have you drooling from the first bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour bleached flour toughens baked goods
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Keebler graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 6 oz. Nestle's Tollhouse chocolate chips 1 cup
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add combined flour and crumbs; mix well.
  • Press onto bottom of greased 9” square pan.
  • Sprinkle marshmallows, then chocolate chips, and finally walnuts over top.
  • Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool; Cut into bars.

Notes

NOTE: Double this recipe for a 9x13" or 10x15” baking dish.
NOTE: Be careful not to overcook or the marshmallows melt.
NOTE: For easier cutting, refrigerate bars a few hours before serving.
