Mix 2 cups graham cracker crumbs with butter with a fork according to package directions and spread into a 9x13” pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Place in freezer while making the rest of the recipe.
Soften ice cream in large mixing bowl.
Using a mixer, mix the two packages of chocolate pudding with the ice cream until well blended.
Pour over graham cracker crust that's been put in the freezer.
Cover carefully with plastic wrap, being careful to not allow the wrap to sink into the ice cream.
Freeze approximately 1-2 hours until mixture is set.
While dessert is setting up, chop up Snickers Bars into small pieces.
After the dessert is set, spread Cool Whip over top and then sprinkle with chopped Snickers Bars.
Cover and freeze until ready to serve.
Defrost 5-10 minutes before serving.
