Spicy Creamed Corn is fantastic. This easy side dish uses only 5 ingredients including green chilies and green onions so it pops in flavor. It's terrific for weeknight suppers when you want a side dish ready in about 10 minutes. Also great for company or holiday meals. Gluten free.

4 oz. cream cheese cubed 15.5 oz. can whole kernel corn drained 4 oz. can green chilies diced 1/4 cup green onions sliced 1/4 cup red bell pepper chopped
In a saucepan, heat the cream cheese until melted, whisking constantly.
Add the corn, chilies, green onions and red bell pepper.
Cook and stir until heated through, approximately 3-5 minutes.
