Unicorn Cookies are heavenly. These scrumptious cookies use the new, adorable Unicorn morsels from Nestle's and just explode with vanilla flavor. They make terrific treats for birthdays, tailgating parties, potlucks or Christmas Cookie Exchanges. If you have a sweet tooth craving, this is the cookie you want.

1 1/2 cups unsalted butter softened 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar firmly packed 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3 large eggs 2 tsp. real vanilla extract 4 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (Bleached flour toughens baked goods) 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. sea salt 20 oz. pkg. Nestle Toll House Unicorn morsels (vanilla flavored) (two 10-ounce packages)
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease or spray large cookie sheets with cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine butter, sugars, vanilla, eggs, salt and baking soda.
Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Stir in flour and Unicorn morsels with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Scoop dough with a large cookie scoop and place cookies 3-inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 12-14 minutes at 350°, or until lightly browned.
Rotate cookies on racks every six minutes during cooking time.
Let cookies cool in pan for 2 minutes.
Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
NOTE : You can freeze the cookie dough on sheets for about 10 minutes before baking if you want the cookies to hold their shape better.
