Butterfinger Pie

Teresa Ambra
Butterfinger Pie is one of the best desserts you'll ever eat. It's rich, decadent & outrageously irresistible. It's filled with Butterfingers so it's got a delightful peanut butter & chocolate taste. Wow your family & friends with this amazing pie for Valentine's Day, other holidays or special occasions. No one will be able to stay out of it.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled slightly (2 sticks)
  • 3 cups chopped Butterfinger Candy Bars divided use
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy; this will take 3-5 minutes.
  • Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar until well-blended.
  • Blend in the cooled, melted butter.
  • Stir in 2 cups chopped Butterfinger candy bars.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
  • Sprinkle remaining chopped Butterfinger candy bars on top.
  • Continue baking an additional 30 minutes.
  • Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.

Notes

NOTE: I used about 1 ½ 10.2-oz. bags fun-size Butterfinger Bars to equal 3 cups of chopped Butterfingers.
