Chocolate M&M Brownies

These sensational brownies are filled with M&M's for a double chocolate taste to die for! Great for tailgating parties or any occasion with friends and family. If you want a brownie to drool over, this one is rich, decadent & absolutely heavenly.

Equipment

  • 1 10x15" glass baking dish
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 whisk
  • 1 spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Cocoa
  • 1 1/4 cups unsalted butter melted, (2 1/2 sticks)
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour Bleached flour toughens baked goods
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract no substitutes
  • 2 cups M&M candies divided use

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in microwave in large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk in cocoa until no lumps remain.
  • Add eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla and flour and whisk until smooth.
  • Mixture will be thick.
  • Add 1 ½ cups M&M’s and stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
  • Spray a 10x15” baking dish heavily with cooking spray.
  • Spread brownie batter into prepared dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of M&M’s over top of batter.
  • Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • Cool brownies completely.
