Ingredients
  

  • 3 21-oz. cans Lucky Leaf blackberry pie filling
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup finely diced pecans (or 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans)
  • 17 oz. box Pillsbury gluten free yellow cake mix (dry)
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter melted (1 cup)

Instructions
 

  • Spread pie filling into the bottom of a greased 9x13” glass baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with coconut, then pecans.
  • Spread dry cake mix evenly over top.
  • Drizzle melted butter over top of the cake mix covering as well as possible.
  • Bake at 350 for about 45-50 minutes or until the fruit bubbles up along the sides of the baking dish and the crust is lightly browned.
  • Serve with ice cream if desired.
