Fantastic 4-ingredient recipe that makes a wonderful Tex-Mex dip much like queso. Serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 32-oz. pkg. velveeta cheese cut in cubes
  • 14.5 oz. can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies undrained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage cooked and drained, and broken up into very tiny pieces. mild or hot

Instructions
 

  • Put ingredients in crockpot that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Turn crockpot on high for about an hour to an hour and a half.
  • Reduce heat to warm or turn off entirely.
  • Stir before serving over tortilla chips.

Notes

NOTE: Be careful not to overheat this recipe. The Velveeta cheese cooks fast. It will begin to burn after about an hour and a half unless it is turned down to warm.
