Nacho Cheese Dip is the perfect appetizer for any tailgating party or sporting event. This fantastic 4-ingredient recipe makes a wonderful Tex-Mex dip much like queso. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy the smooth creaminess of this dip with your favorite finger foods.
14.5oz. candiced tomatoes with green chiliesundrained
1cancream of mushroom soup
1lb.bulk pork sausage cooked and drained, and broken up into very tiny pieces (mild or hot)
Instructions
Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
Use a hamburger chopper to break meat up into tiny pieces while frying.
Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
Toss meat into crockpot; add remaining ingredients.
Stir to combine.
Turn crockpot on high for about an hour to an hour and a half.
Reduce heat to warm or turn off entirely.
Stir before serving over tortilla chips.
Notes
NOTE: Be careful not to overheat this recipe. The Velveeta cheese cooks fast. It will begin to burn after about an hour and a half unless it is turned down to warm.
