Nutella Peanut Butter Swirl Bars

Teresa Ambra

Nutella Peanut Butter Swirl Bars are spectacular! These brownies have lovely extra crunchy peanut butter goodness swirled with the chocolate and hazelnut flavors in Nutella! They’re so easy to make, too. I had mine whipped up in less than ten minutes. After spreading the peanut butter cookie dough into the baking dish, I softened Nutella in the microwave and then drizzled it on top of the cookie dough. Then I used a bamboo skewer to swirl the Nutella into the cookie dough mixture. Perfection.

Last month I was helping provide food for one of our church’s host homes for Disciple Now Weekend. I was cooking and baking for high school freshman girls, so I thought they would enjoy these lovely treats. I also made Peanut Butter Swirl Bars and Red Velvet Cherry Chocolate Brownies for desserts for the weekend. The girls loved all the food I provided, but the couple hosting the weekend absolutely raved over everything I made. That’s always heartening. 🙂

If you’re looking for a fantastic way to use Nutella in recipes, give these Nutella Peanut Butter Swirl Bars a try. The combination of flavors is incredibly delicious. You’ll find yourself digging into these brownies by the handfuls!
