White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Pie
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Breathtaking. Spectacular. Amazing. Drool-worthy. These are all words that can be used to describe White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Pie. This pie is so rich, so decadent, so divine that it should be on your holiday baking menu! It’s filled with white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Though it’s a pie, it’s almost like a super rich cookie.

I modeled this dessert off of my Toll House Pie recipe. I swapped out white chocolate chips for the chocolate chips and macadamia nuts for the walnuts. Seriously, this is everything you can ask for in a dessert. You will want to eat it very slowly so your taste buds can have the full experience of this extraordinary pie.
I sent about ten different pies out to my husband’s office in early September. Those included fruit pies like Peach Crumble Pie and Nectarine Pie. But I also included my Toll House Pie, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Pie and a few others I’ve yet to post. I had so many people compliment me on the pies. Of course, there’s always those who want recipes too. 🙂
There’s just something about having pie for dessert. My husband’s never been much of a cake lover. There’s only a few that he will eat regularly. But he will eat pie just about any way I make it. My mom spoiled him in the early years of our marriage by always having lots of homemade fruit pies whenever we visited. There were times when we would go through four or five pies in about four days time. Yes, we ALL enjoy pie.
This pie, like my Toll House Pie, is extremely rich. You’ll probably have to cut the pieces in half to eat it. Adding a dollop of ice cream will increase the wonder of this pie as well. If you enjoy White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies, you will rave over this pie! If you get a chance to make it and serve it over the holidays, everyone in your family will rejoice!
White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Pie is rich, decadent and divine!
It’s chocked full of white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
Seriously, you’ll be drooling from the first bite!
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients.
Unwrap pie crust.
Fit into a 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy. This will take about 3-5 minutes.
Add sugar, brown sugar and UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour.
Mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add melted butter.
Stir or mix with mixer to combine.
Add white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
Stir to combine.
Pour ingredients into prepared pie shell.
Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
Cut into eighths to serve. Truly, I think twelfths would be better since this pie is so rich.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Pie is absolutely scrumptious!
White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Pie is terrific for company or holiday parties.

I think I used roasted macadamia nuts. I don’t recall the nuts being salted or not. They were not raw.
