Snickers Cookies
Snickers Cookies are awesome. These delightful cookies are filled with chocolaty, caramel & peanutty flavors from Snickers Bars. Yes, they are irresistible and pretty terrific. They’re certainly ooey, gooey and scrumptious from all the sweet caramel laced through those amazing candy bars.

I made up several batches of these cookies for our church’s Christian school office staff. I had accidentally forgotten to make up trays for them from all my Christmas cookie baking last year. I remembered a few days after everything was divvied up. Thankfully, it was before school dismissed for the Christmas holidays. I made up several hundred cookies using Snickers Bars and Snickers Crisper Bars.
John dropped them off before the office closed on a Wednesday. They were cleaned out before 10 a.m. the next day. They were a huge hit with everyone. I don’t think they would have minded if I had sent in several trays more. All of them would have been scarfed down in no time.
Snickers Cookies are truly wonderful for holiday baking. Especially if you purchase a bunch of the fun size packs of candies after Halloween. (Which is what I did). Candy goes on sale half price. You can put the cookies in the freezer for several weeks before your holiday parties. Then pull them out in the amounts you need. The fun size packs will also keep in the refrigerator for months.
These cookies are also excellent for potlucks, tailgating parties or any kind of special occasion. If Snickers is your candy bar of choice (like my husband), these cookies need to be made immediately! Better make plenty. Everyone will want seconds, thirds and fourths! 🙂
Snickers Cookies are irresistible.
These cookies are made with Snickers Bars. Each bite is filled with chocolate, caramel and peanuts!
If you enjoy chocolate, you’ll love these cookies.
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients.
Soften two sticks of butter (not three like shown). Place in a mixing bowl with sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt.
Mix ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour. Bleached flour toughens baked goods. Add chopped Snickers Bars.
Stir ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Spray cookie sheets generously with cooking spray. Scoop dough with a one-quarter cup cookie scoop and place on prepared baking sheets. (I pressed the dough into the scoop so texture would adhere better).
Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes or until done. Rotate cookie sheets on racks every six minutes while baking. I was baking 3 cookie sheets at a time. My cookies took about 18 minutes to cook completely.
Grab a glass a milk and start eating!
Snickers Cookies are rich, decadent and divine!
Snickers lovers will rave over these amazing cookies.
