Snickers Surprises
Snickers Surprises are one of the best Peanut Butter Cookies you’ll ever eat. These cookies not only include peanut butter in the recipe, but they have chopped Snickers Bars as well. So they include caramel nougat flavor, chocolate and peanut butter. They’re awesome. A boast, I know. But really they are spectacular.

We were invited out to lunch after church one Sunday and went to the Haywire Restaurant in Plano. Our friends wanted us to accompany them because they were bringing some folks who recently began employment at John’s former company. John has always liked me to bring cookies along so we did. I made Mimi’s Potato Chip Cookies for a gal who’s allergic to eggs. I gave away another batch of Chocolaty Peanut Butter Cookies to another couple that joined us. And I brought these Snickers Surprises for the other couple to enjoy.
Everyone was peeking in their cookie containers and I heard later that all the cookies were very well loved! Snickers Surprises are drool-worthy. If you’re a Snickers lover, these cookies are addictive and will soon become your favorites! Every bite will have you swooning.
I recommend these luscious cookies for any kind of tailgating party, potluck, backyard BBQ, or holiday baking during the Christmas season. Bring these scrumptious cookies to a Christmas Cookie Exchange and everyone will be fawning all over them. So will you. 🙂
Snickers Surprises are one of the BEST Peanut Butter Cookies ever!
Each cookie is chocked full of bits and pieces of Snickers Bars. Yum.
Snickers Surprises are addictive. You won’t want to stop at just one!
Sit down to a stack of cookies with some milk, and you’ll be swooning after the first bite. 🙂
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients. (I actually only needed one pack of the Snickers Bars).
Soften butter. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, crunchy peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
Mix with an electric mixer until very smooth.
Chop Snickers Bars into tiny pieces.
Add UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour. (Bleached flour toughens baked goods). Add chopped Snickers bars.
Stir ingredients really well until they are thoroughly combined.
Grease cookie sheets. Scoop cookie dough with a large cookie scoop. Pack it in so the ingredients adhere better.
Bake at 350 degrees about 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Rotate cookie sheets on racks every six to seven minutes during baking time.
Snickers Surprises are perfect for tailgating parties.
These whopper-sized cookies are also marvelous for backyard BBQs and potlucks.
These scrumptious cookies will knock your socks off!
The awesome flavors of Snickers Bars with the caramel nougat, peanut butter and chocolate permeate these amazing cookies.
Here’s the recipe.
