In mid-December I was on a baking tear making a couple thousand cookies for friends, coworkers, neighbors, etc. Snickers Blondies ended up in the batches that went for church friends, staff, elders and our Sunday school class. We like to give away home-baked goodies every year for our Christmas Cookie Extravaganza. Certain cookies make it EVERY year.
But I love to try new things as well. These luscious goodies were very well received, and they’re not overly difficult to make. The most time consuming part is chopping up the Snickers Bars, but that probably won’t take more than about 10 minutes.
If you’re looking for a fantastic cookie to bake up for your next party or friendly get-together, give Snickers Blondies a try. But don’t expect to have any leftovers–it AIN’T happening. These will be eaten up in no time–down to the last crumb. 🙂
Snickers Bar Blondies are rich, decadent and amazing!
Snickers lovers will find these cookies addictive!
Snickers Blondies will satisfy any sweet tooth craving you have!
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients.
Place softened butter in a large mixing bowl. Add oil, sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, eggs, cream of tartar, baking soda and sea salt.
Cream with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour. Bleached flour toughens baked goods. Add 2 cups chopped Snickers Bars.
Stir with a wooden spoon to combine.
Press dough into a greased 12×17″ cookie sheet. Sprinkle remaining two cups of chopped Snickers Bars over top.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
These are LOADED with Snickers Bars!
Making a batch of these bar-type cookies is a great way to use up leftover Halloween or Christmas candy.
Chocolate, Caramel Nougat and Peanut Butter never tasted so great!
Here’s the recipe.
