I’ve been trying to go through and use up stuff in my freezer and pantry for the past couple of months. I had a bunch of rotisserie chicken I was trying to use up. I also had some Amish noodles and a can of cream of chicken soup already on the shelf. I added a few things and this turned into one of our favorite Chicken and Noodle recipes.

Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients.
Saute celery and onion in butter in large sauce pan.
Saute about 5 minutes or until veggies are tender.
Add broth.
Add mixed vegetables and bring to a boil.
Add noodles.
Stir to combine and cook until noodles are tender.
Add chicken, cream of chicken soup and Creole seasoning.
Stir to combine. Add additional water or broth if necessary so noodles aren’t too thick.
Serve!
Serve with homemade bread and enjoy!
