Artichoke Dip is a wonderful five-ingredient recipe that's so quick and easy to toss together. This one includes mozzarella and parmesan cheeses providing savory flavors and diced green chilies to amp up the taste. It's a terrific appetizer that's perfect for tailgating, potlucks, New Year's Eve parties or the Super Bowl. Gluten free.

Equipment

  • 1 8x8" glass baking dish or even smaller
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • measuring cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (I used Hellmann's olive oil mayonnaise for healthier oils)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 oz. can green chilies partially drained
  • 14 oz. can artichoke hearts drained and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and spread into a greased 8x8” glass baking dish or round baking dish.
  • Cook uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes (or longer) until the top is a little brown and toasted.
