10.75oz. canCampbell's cream of chicken and mushroom soup
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13” baking dish.
Cover with foil.
Bake for one hour at 350°.
Remove foil and fluff rice with a fork.
Cook an additional 15-30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is done.
Notes
NOTE: The casserole will bake more quickly if using only 4 cups of chicken broth.NOTE: If you cannot find Campbell's Cream of Chicken AND Mushroom soup, Cream of Chicken soup is preferred over Cream of Mushroom.NOTE: If your oven cooks fast, this recipe may be done in an hour.NOTE: When putting chicken mixture in baking dish, be sure to stir the rice around in the dish so it's evenly distributed.
