Chocolate and Vanilla Chip Chocolate Cookies are fantastic! Chocolate lovers, you will get your sweet tooth satisfied completely with these luscious double chocolate cookies. Chocolate and Vanilla Chip Chocolate Cookies are chocolate-based cookies with sour cream, chocolate chips and vanilla chips in the batter. Each bite has so much chocolatey and vanilla crunch from the morsels that they are quite irresistible.

I found this recipe in the Taste of Home Ultimate Cookie Collection Cookbook a few years ago. I’ve increased both the chocolate chips and vanilla chips in the recipe which made these rich, decadent cookies even more fabulous. If you’re looking for a wonderful holiday baking cookie, these tasty cookies are not overly difficult and ones your whole family will look forward to eating.

The nice thing about these cookies is they’re perfect for any occasion. They’re great for summer holidays, potlucks, backyard barbecues and baby showers. Make up a batch of these cookies today and enjoy a mouthwatering, dreamy, and heavenly cookie experience.

Spray baking sheets with cooking spray. Roll mixture into balls and place on prepared cookie sheets. You may have to keep your hands moist while rolling to avoid having the dough stick to your fingers.

Just baking these now. The batter came together so easily, and I used the KA mixer to combine everything except the flour and chips. Thanks for the tip! What a rich, fudge-like cookie. I added chunks of a chopped Lindt white chocolate bar and Andes Crème de Menthe baking chips. Will be bookmarking this to make more for Christmas. I pulled them from the oven at eight minutes and removed from the pan after one minute of cooling. Delish!

Thanks for sharing all those tips, Paula. Your oven must be a lot faster than mine. So glad you liked the cookies.
