Baked Parmesan Chicken
Baked Parmesan Chicken is marvelous in addition to being very quick and easy to put together. I had this recipe oven ready in less than 10 minutes. Basically, all you do is make a breading of Italian style bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and several spices and herbs. Dredge the chicken in the coating, drizzle with a little olive oil and then bake. That’s it! While this recipe would probably taste better with real parmesan cheese rather than the stuff out of the can, it still tasted fantastic this way.
If you’re looking for a succulent and delicious chicken entree, Baked Parmesan Chicken sure fits the bill. The chicken comes out moist and tender. The nice thing about this recipe is it’s so quick and easy along with being economical.

Baked Parmesan Chicken is so quick and easy to assemble and get oven ready. I can do q-u-i-c-k and e-a-s-y!!
Here’s what I did.
Place Italian style bread crumbs and parmesan cheese on a plate.
Add pepper, parsley, chives, dill weed, garlic salt, paprika and dehydrated onions.
Here I’ve added all the seasonings. Stir well to combine.
Dredge chicken pieces in parmesan mixture and press coating firmly into chicken to adhere.
Spray a 10×14″ glass baking dish with olive oil cooking spray. Place chicken pieces in dish.
Drizzle chicken pieces with olive oil.
Bake at 350 for about an hour or until chicken tests done and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
Baked Parmesan Chicken cooked up very moist and tender.
This chicken entree is also very economical to make.

BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN
(My own concoction)
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup Italian bread crumbs
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. dill weed
- ½ tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. dehydrated minced onions
- 1 tbsp. chives
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Mix bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings.
- Dredge both sides of chicken breasts in bread crumb mixture being sure to coat chicken really well.
- Place chicken breasts in a 10×14” baking dish that’s been sprayed with olive oil cooking spray.
- Drizzle chicken with olive oil.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour until done.
Here’s another close up that shows the tasty coating on the chicken. You can see the parsley, onions and chives rather easily. Baked Parmesan Chicken is sumptuous and so pleasing to the palate!
