I made a meal with several vegetables back in early March. That meal included Grilled Chicken Thighs with Onions, Loaded Bacon and Cheese Potatoes, Spicy Honey-Brushed Carrots, Roasted Parsnips, Chunky Maple Applesauce and these Green Beans with Garlic Rosemary Butter. The butter sauce is particularly flavorful with rosemary, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. It’s really the perfect accompaniment for green beans and adds delightful flavor.
