Pink Fluff is to die for! No kidding. This yummy fruit salad is awesome in taste. And the great thing about it is that it’s S-O E-A-S-Y! Seriously. This 5-ingredient recipe takes me about 5 minutes to whip up. I pour whipped topping into a mixing bowl, add a can of condensed milk, crushed pineapple, cherry pie filling and pecans. It doesn’t get any easier than that. While this recipe is not particularly healthy or low calorie, it is so scrumptious you will find yourself coming back for more….and more…..and more!
About a month ago we had a houseful of company over after church one Sunday afternoon. Christy brought this delicious fruity-type salad for a side. It was a big hit with everyone. I thought it would be very similar to my Cherry Fruit Salad, but when she described it to me, the recipe ended up being quite a bit different so I asked for the recipe and recently made it for our Sunday school class’s Taco Night last Sunday night. I thought a smooth, cool, and refreshing salad would be nice to serve along with all the Hot Sauce, Avocado Black Bean Dip, Queso, and other great Tex-Mex recipes. I made a double batch of the recipe and everyone loved it.
