Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 whisk
  • measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • 1 bowl with lid or mason jar with lid to store dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Just Mayo mayonnaise or other healthy mayonnaise of your choice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2-3 tbsp. fresh chives finely snipped
  • 1 clove garlic minced fine
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup 2% milk or cream, (to make the right consistency)

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Yield: 1 1/2 cups.

Notes

NOTE: Great served with BLT Salad and Homemade Gluten Free Croutons.
