Funfetti White Chocolate Cookies
Funfetti White Chocolate Cookies are so delightful. I’m a sprinkle kind of gal. I love sprinkles in anything. Cakes. Cookies. Muffins. Cupcakes. Brownies. Donuts. Pancakes. Yum. This easy 5-ingredient recipe starts with a Funfetti cake mix. Add oil, eggs, sprinkles and white chocolate chips. NOT vanilla chips. You have a heavenly dessert that’s out of this world!

These cookies are simply spectacular. They have nice crunch from all the sprinkles they’re rolled in. The white chocolate chips seem to just dissolve in your mouth. If you want comfort food, you’re looking at it with these cookies. Because they’re so festive, I recommend them for birthday parties and summer holidays like Memorial Day, Fourth of July or Labor Day. But they’re also terrific for tailgating or office parties, backyard barbecues and potlucks. They are so pretty the kids will wolf down these cookies in an instant. 🙂
I love the fact that this recipe only has 5 ingredients. It’s really easy and can be made in about 30 minutes. The hardest thing is finding true white chocolate chips. In the Dallas metroplex area (6-10 million people) there are only two grocery store chains that carry them. Kroger and Trader Joe’s. Can you believe it? Everyone carries vanilla or white baking chips. Only two stores carry the true white chocolate chips. I pick up ten or fifteen bags at a time so I always have stock. It seems like I’m always making some kind of cookie or brownie with white chocolate chips.
Roll out a batch of these divine cookies for your next party. I guarantee you’ll want more than one. Have one for me while you’re at it. 🙂

Every bite will rev your engines!
Funfetti White Chocolate Cookies are the perfect comfort food.
Here’s what I did.
I used these ingredients.
Pour funfetti cake mix into a mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil.
Stir ingredients to combine.
Add white chocolate chips. (NOT vanilla chips).
Stir ingredients again to combine.
Roll ingredients into balls. Then roll the balls in sprinkles to coat well. (I had to keep my hands slightly moist to roll the dough).
Place on cookie sheets that have been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 13-15 minutes at 350 or until done. My cookies took about 18 minutes because I was baking three racks at a time. Rotate racks every six minutes.
Funfetti White Chocolate Cookies are great for holiday parties too. They can be whipped up so quickly.
Sprinkles make everything better.
It’s hard to eat just one.
