Homemade Salad Dressings
When I initially thought about putting together a Homemade Salad Dressings collage, I thought there would only be about 10 or 15 recipes to share. But when I started looking through all my salad recipes, I soon realized that I have 35 different Homemade Salad Dressings. I have a lot of vinaigrettes and a ton with poppy seeds. Most are very healthy, others not so. They range in flavors and herbs used and many of these I’ve made multiple times so I’ve perfected the original attempt quite a bit.

If you’re looking for some new and exciting ways to serve salad, then I recommend these 35 Homemade Salad Dressing recipes. About a third of them are salad dressing recipes in their own right. The others are on salad recipes where a homemade dressing is used. I have a chopper option on my immersion blender. I love to make salad dressings in that. It emulsifies the ingredients so well and blends a whole lot better than stirring or whisking.
Give some of these tasty recipes a try the next time you want a delicious salad for lunch or dinner.

Hi Teresa, This is such a handy post so that we can go through and look at your salads and dressings! I love homemade salad dressing and saw several I want to try. I have never used an immersion blender. That would be great to have for dressings. By the way, I just replied to your e-mail. Sorry it took me so long!
